Briot maintains a staff of highly trained and experienced technical support personnel located in our headquarters call center and throughout the United States. Together, they provide a strong network to assist customers with technical issues and processing questions. If a problem can't be solved by phone (and most are) we will dispatch a field technician quickly, anywhere in the U.S.
